The VG MAX steel core is covered with 32 layers of Damascus steel on each side, giving the blade an unmistakable appearance and the perfect combination of stability, resistance and elasticity. The blades of the Shun Classic Series are sharpened on both sides, offering precision and ease of use. The tapered, slim handle is made of durable pakka wood, maintaining the traditional Japanese chestnut shape. This material, enriched with fine resins, guarantees exceptional resistance to use and humidity.

Warranty
KAI Europe warranty covers defects in original materials and workmanship, however, excludes damage due to normal wear and tear and misuse. All products must be washed by hand.
