The long curved blade is efficient in breaking down carcasses and large quarters of meat into smaller roasts, separating meat from bone. Designed to give a full range cutting motion with a clean cut, while the fluted edge creates air pockets to assist with easy slicing and butchering tasks.

Part of the ergonomically designed two-component, nonslip Fibrox Dual Grip Collection of slaughter and boning knives, designed to offer maximum control, with support for the hand and wrist, for smooth, effortless cutting. The Fibrox Dual Grip is made up of an inner Polypropylene (PP), offering strength, rigidity and hardness, and an exterior of Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE), renowned for being robust. Suitable for sterilization and temperatures of up to 80 - 100 Degrees Celsius.
