Victorinox STAR Peeler Stainless Steel Plain Edge Blade

The Star peeler is an updated version of the iconic Rex, made entirely of stainless steel, both the handle and blade. An open, minimalist design with a strip of the blade extending off to the side to form a lateral potato eye remover.

The stainless steel blade is double edged, with a pivoting construction that's self-adjusting, depending on the pressure applied. Designed with two broad thin cutting edges, allowing for ambidextrous use, peeling fruits and vegetables close to the flesh, minimising waste and preserving vitamins in foods.
